Mr. Saidely was appointed in this project as the Project Developer and Director with main responsibility to develop the project and manage over 20 international design and engineering consultants involved in this unique project as well as two reputed contractors in the region.

The concept of the protruding pods as sky terraces and hanging gardens over viewing the Palm Island and the Gulf promenade, this building is crowning the impressive development of Dubai.
