The Bayside Residence is a 24-floor residential tower located on the best spot of the Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The 101-unit building, being developed by Trident International Holdings will feature an Oxygen bar, the first in the UAE, called the 02 Lounge. Construction of the Bayside Residence, which began in 2006, is  completed in 2008.

 

The expected results were achieved with the professional assistance and the expertise of ARC-P Consult led by Mr. Adel Saidely hired as the senior vice-president of project development for Trident International Holdings to take a lead on developing reputed  projects in the Gulf region.
