Concept & Detail Design

 

Design for an extension, separate Building with the capacity of additional 450 Guest Rooms including all required facilities to service the increasing business visitors while keeping the existing building for state guests as the original founding venue of GCC Summit.

 

The architectural concept was emphasizing harmonic look integrating the existing building with the spirit of modern fresh architecture. The location of the new building was to achieve a practical connection to the amenities and services of both buildings under the restriction not to block the beautiful existing sea view to the front and back of the existing hotel.
