As the project developer and director Mr. Saidely, the founder of Arc-P Consult, has been appointed by Trident International Holdings as the Vice President of Development to lead the complete development of Madinat Al Barka in Muscat, Oman. the vision is to create a magic city of 1001 nights situated on the lovely beach of southern Muscat.

The development envisages a combination of exclusive living, entertainment, shopping and hotel facilities arranged in low rise scheme on a 100.000 sqm area with a total built up of 110.000 sqm.
