The Renaissance Hotel is located in Schwabing, the heart of Munich  City. The secluded green park in the backyard of this Hotel building makes this hotel a great destination for business people who seek both night life and relaxation in this crowded downtown area.

 

Arc-P was awarded, by the operator Marriott International, with the construction management of the major redo and refurbishment of this hotel including all areas, it comprises 225 guest rooms, lobby and public areas, restaurant, bar, conference center and sport facilities.

The renovation was done during running hotel operation with required a complex measures to make this achieved.
