The new building of the Munich Marriott Hotel, which was designed for DYWIDAG, contains 345 rooms and diverse amenities such as restaurant, sports bar, business centre, vacation club,  executive lounge, fitness area and conference center. These areas were redone several times under the supervision of ARC-P Consult during on-going hotel operation.

 

The founder of ARC-P was involved in the project management of this building in 1988 and also responsible for the complete refurbishment and redo of all rooms and corridors and the design and execution of the Champion Bar, California Grill restaurant and the Marriott Vacation Club Center,  between 2001 – 2005.
