For Marriott Airport Hotel in Freising – Germany ARC-P Consult were awarded the construction management of the redesign of the public areas as well as the extensive redo of 250 rooms and corridors. The challenge of working during on-going hotel operation was mastered and the work was completed ahead of the required time.

 

Originally the building was operated as Ramada Hotel.

The goal was to upgrade the standard of the Lobby and Rooms to match the 4-5 stars Standard.  The used wood cladding and warm colored textiles gave the spacious lobby a cosy look.
