Execution design and supervision for one of the most prestigious buildings in east Berlin after the Wall-Fall. The design brief was to create an exclusive shopping arcade which extends to include the neighboring buildings as one of the longest underground shopping arcades in Berlin.

The area is surrounded by old historical listed buildings such as the French Dome close to Brandenburg Gate. The upper levels accommodate exclusive apartments facing a huge lighting atrium overlooking the central point of the shopping arcade.

The building of 7 floors became as the symbol for the most exclusive shopping brands address in Berlin.
