The Design Build contract was awarded to the contractor DYWIDAG Germany,  who hired Arc-P Detail Design Consultancy Services.

the objectives were to deliver an airport complex serving domestic and international passengers.

The priority of this mid-size project was to deliver a design quality governed by the budget allocated by the World bank as development support for 3rd world countries.

The capacity of the airport was to handle 2 Mil. passengers per year.
