Trident International Holdings, one of the most successful real estate developer,  has appointed Mr. Saidely, the founder of ARC-P,    to take the lead on the development of this landmark project Rio De Janeiro island in Dubai.

Rio De Janeiro island is located within The World, it comprises a 5- star boutique hotel, deferent types of villas, water chalets, marina containing areas of retail and food & beverage, and all necessary back of house (BOH) operations to support them.

Many celebrity consultants have been hired to assisting the developer realising this challenge. The star firm WATG was appointed to deliver the architectural scheme, the design development and construction documentation that the client needs during the bid & award stage, and to supervise the construction works and handover functions.
