Concept and Detailed Design

For DYWIDAG

 

Design for a prestigious international hotel for the state guests of the German Democratic Republic on the world famous French Dome Plaza in the down town area of East Berlin. The complex fits into the rectangular surrounding in size, shape and orientation,  with emphasis to the historical value of this location.

 

500 rooms were created and was planned to be operated by Inter-Hotel Group in the GDR era.
