Design, Management and Supervision

 

Project Management of execution design and supervision of the luxury hotel in the Dome’s City of Cologne in Germany,  as upper level of business hotel.

The interior design was directed by the Hyatt corporate identity trade marked by the spacious luxurious lobby and open spaces, with inner gardens.

 

A capacity of 280 rooms were required. The building exterior was framed by the outlook of surrounding buildings in the city.
