Design, Management and Supervision

The new design of the new European Headquarter of  BEA Systems was dominated by the corporate identity guidelines.

The 6 story building should be planned in different zones with restricted access control and authorities under the consideration of the relationship between each department. Company culture and ethic were rigid planning elements which has to be considered in the architectural approach. The complex fits into the slightly curved rectangular surrounding in size, shape and orientation, while in the interior creates dynamic spaces in a large common, multifunctional areas. The client was amazed with the quality of our Project Management and Supervision. He manifested  that in a letter of appreciation.
