OUR HISTORY
1979
A small architectural office in Munich, Germany, led by Architect Adel Saidely PM, sat the foundation for Arc-P Consult. The office was awarded the tasks of supplying engineering services in the Middle East and Africa as the service provider for one of the largest European construction companies “DYWIDAG”. The complex of TV Centre Riyadh and the four SAMA bank buildings were among these projects.
1989
The name of the firm was changed and registered in Germany as Arc-P Consult GmbH and has been licensed to practice multi-disciplines engineering consultancy services. In the same year the firm was commissioned with the project management of FF&E package of the new Munich Marriott Hotel.
1999
Arc-P entered a cooperation with Bovis Lendlease, one of the largest European real estate developers, to deliver engineering consultancy services for their projects in Germany.
2001
Arc-P started gaining a remarkable reputation in the field of Project Management. Arc-P Consult started to service leading international hotel chains such as: Marriott, Hilton, Ramada, Renaissance, and others, supplying them with a full range of project controlling and engineering services.
2005
Arc-P registered an office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates to take its share of the impressive development of Dubai. CEO Mr. Saidely was commissioned as vice president of Trident Intl. Holdings to manage their iconic projects in the UAE and Oman. Mr. Saidely has manifested his fingerprint in the landmark luxurious residential towers in the Dubai Marina, The Dubai World Island, and in many other projects in the region
2006
Arc-P entered the construction market in Iraq and has since been contributing to Iraq’s reconstruction. Working on capacity building and project management assignments such as the Development of Baghdad Airport Road and the Development of the Monument of the Unknown Soldier, as well as other projects like the development of Abu Nuwas, Al Nidhal and Al-Sadoon streets.
2011
Arc-P Consult LLC was formed in the USA, with headquarters being based in Mclean, VA. To be continued…
